Especially considering your brain doesn’t finish developing until you’re like 25 or some shit. Fucking they won’t even let you rent a car or book a cruise until you’re 25, but they’ll let you drink, fight/die in war, and fuck whoever you want? Bullshit

i remember in my training to work at a senior living facility they went over this but the opposite way. younger people taking advantage of the elderly (ie elder abuse) due to memory issues, frailty, or loneliness. it can go both ways
