Basically, yes. Except these are technically futures contracts, so they bypass a ton of gambling laws and are legal in all 50 states

You know how ESPN etc show the odds and spread often? That’s probably what CNN will look like soon. Steve Kornacki’s gonna look at the map and then the Kalshi odds 😭
