The issue is not that flock safety cameras make mistakes sometimes It’s that they exist and police are using it to stalk exes, women who have an abortion, and childrens gymnastics rooms

It’s happened multiple times in some towns around me that police officers use it to track their family members, and at least one town ended their contract with flock because of it

Yeah sure Have strict data compliance so flock/other similar company officials cannot access the data Require a warrant to do nationwide searches like that.

Yes, it would stop police from stalking their exes I understand that license plates are public view, but derivative classification right, like tracking your plate everywhere, and flock can now do Face ID too

did you not hear about the lady being pulled over at gunpoint by multiple police vehicles in the middle of a highway bc a mistake in the system said her car was used in a homicide? and that was the second time that it had happened too!! or did you see the body cam of the officers pulling a man out of a vehicle, handcuffing him, and even pointing a weapon at their car KNOWING there’s a wife & newborn inside, all bc the AI cams incorrectly read the last unit of their license plate?

I saw it And yes, mistakes make it worse. But even if they worked as intended and didn’t make mistakes, I’d have issues
