It’s already overcrowded. When u put people having the worst time of their lives on hold because the resources to accommodate them simply do not exist, the results are tragic. Cutting the LGBTQ+ specific one is absolutely going to result in more death.
Omg the regular suicide hotline is still available 👍👍

The pain I feel in my biceps heals my emotional pain and I believe it will do the same for everyone

That’s self harm (exchanging emotional pain for something you can more easily explain) but pop off

I know you’re playing but for real, regular exercise has been found time and time again to be a significantly better treatment for depression and anxiety than any anti-depressant on the market. It’s self CARE not self harm.

I agree, and the science does too; but if you’re masking one pain with another, then brother, I have news for you

Ok but it’s a good pain. Life isn’t supposed to be comfortable. Comfortability is the killer of dreams and progress. Nobody should be comfortable until they’re 75 and have nothing left to prove and then you can finally relax

Leisure is good. Hard work is good. But I am not gonna wait until I’m about to die (statistically 75 is when it happens, in men at least) to enjoy life. The grind only benefits your bosses usually

The grind and hard work are the only things that makes life worth living. Specifically being shredded. Basically there’s no downside to being ripped so everyone might as well do it but I guess it comes down to if you prioritize spending two hours per day in the gym or if you’d rather spend those two hours vegetating in bed watching TikTok.

The grind does not make life worth living. The Protestant work ethic has cooked your brain into equating your self worth with the things you do/are. Self improvement is a noble pursuit but you’re basically saying Patrick Bateman shit

Glad you responded 5 days later 😂 what is there to life aside from self improvement? What other cause in life do you pursue if not self improvement? Like I literally don’t know what I would do with all of my time if I wasn’t working out for 2-3 hours per day 6 days a week…sit and rot watching TikTok or TV like everyone else? Nah fuck that shit.
