I have to worry about being “accidentally” detained whenever I travel internationally, because even though I’m a natural born citizen, right now you’re only as legal as the nearest ICE agent says you are. My girlfriend can’t come visit anymore because her visa expired, and the Trump admin won’t give her a new one, because she’s not white, the cost of my contact lenses has gone up 6 times since Trump was elected, me and a bunch of my friends have been laid off because of the tariff chaos.
