
It’s wonderful that churches do volunteer work and at times provide for their communities, but that does not mean someone should have to go to a religious affiliated food drive. Food should be given no matter what and it says a lot about our country that can’t feed itself but build a ballroom
My grandfather goes to church every Sunday. He also served in the Army for over 15 years. He's retired now, but struggles to walk, and has severe PTSD. Church is actually one of the only times a week he goes out in public. The other is to buy groceries with the food stamps he received bc he's unable to work a regular job. Please, if you are an actual Christian, you would have a shred of compassion.
