Fetus don’t have personhood, murder requires the being to have personhood. that’s why when you kill a spider, nothing happens.

Legally speaking, the definition uses the word “Unjustifiable”. Which is technically different than unjust. However colloquially murder just means homicide, so it doesn’t need to meet the legal definition

If we use legal definitions, sure. Are we clearly defining right now we are strictly using terms through their legal definition and not using colloquial definition on these terms moving forward?
