It’s hard because that half of the population would say the same about you, just replace the genocide part with “terrorist sympathizers”. You need to learn to respect other people opinions (and so does everyone else) before any progress can be made. Perhaps consider “why does my opponent have that view point? Can I learn anything from him?” Rather than “my opponent is a Nazi racist homophobe because he voted for the bad man and his opinions are poison”
And they would be wrong. You guys always do this but the issue is that the things I’ve said about conservatives are factual statements about their movement while your reversed version of that is untrue. No, other peoples opinions do not inherently deserve respect. If your opinion is that gay people will burn in hell, or that being gay should be a crime or that white people are a superior race etc. etc. you can go die actually. i have nothing to learn from barely literate white supremacists
Don’t say “you guys” I don’t identify with either party. It sounds like you’re incredibly close-minded and hateful. I hate to be the one to tell you this but dealing in such absolutes as “you’re with us or against us (and should die)” is the reason independents go 65-35 for Trump. It’s deeply off putting when you think you know everything and are so hateful towards those you deem “barely literate white supremecists”. You know damn well that is not what your typical republican is.
