Yea it is? They're on video having detained a chilean tourist. No warrant, just suspicion and skin color. For that matter, there was no warrant for Mahmoud Khalil.

Your point was that it was based on the color of his skin… it wasn’t and you can’t prove that it was. You can make the due process argument but that’s a different conversation.
