 My official review: Yeah your sales aren’t plummeting bc you can’t bring in a younger crowd. Your sales are plummeting bc the service was horrible. It took us 2 hours 😭 table next to us never even got their food, just 3 rounds of biscuits

Cracker Barrel has been awful for years. This has been my experience every time. Bad food, worse service, but a quirky store for a large corporation

That checks out. I had a friend who used to waitress there. She had zero experience when she got the job and only worked there for a few months.

We waited 20 minutes for our To-go boxes and when we finally got them mine was broken but we just said fuck it I’ll use a stapler when I get home
