That’s what happens when you consistently erode trust in the media, the government, etc. it doesn’t help that both entities have a habit of supporting a narrative that’s paid for. When you do that for long enough you end up with a generation of rabid conspiracy theorists

It’s so funny too because it occasionally bites them in the ass like w/ Charlie Kirk where the right was coming up with insane theories on it being an inside job. But it’s like: YOU did this, you made these people trust nothing and that doesn’t disclude you
