As a thought experiment, what do you think would happen if US split into two countries along political ideology? For simplicity, all left-leaning states were bunched geographically. Likewise for right. Would new sources of division be inevitable?

Realistically its probably gonna end up being nyc or la that sucedes from the union first around 2029 after Trump abuses the constitution to become vp behind vance or his son, if he lives that long, so he can stay in power until he dies and avoid being tried
