Murder is worse. Theft can help you survive in life or death circumstances

If buying isn’t owning, piracy isn’t stealing and goddamnit if I can’t afford bread I’m stealing the bread.

I hope everyone looting apple and Gucci stores is shøt. They deserve to learn a lesson. Stealing luxury clothing and tech is not the same as stealing food during a natural disaster

I hate to be that guy, but murder is unnecessary. Killing is done in defense or as a means of justice. Just a technical definition for you

i am a gun owner. my car has been broken into three times and likely will be again since the make is easily stolen. if i shot the people who broke into my car, id be charged with second degree murder.

That’s why you trap it so they get locked in and can’t get out until the law enforcers arrive

Trapping your own property is also a crime

So you’re saying stealing a snickers is equivalent to shooting up a school?

it’s funnier bc even if it’s designed to be nonlethal they still can and will sue your ass lmao.

Technically depending on the state, if you’re in the car it could be self defense, or if they’re charging you, but im pretty sure second degree murder requires premeditated intent to harm someone. But I’m talking about the literal difference between the words not the legal difference.

Which is why I said depending on the state…

i don’t think you got any right calling someone that word lil bro. we’re literally talking about premeditated murder rn. self defense left the chat a long time ago

I’m saying you can’t justify one crime with another

When someone steals there can be discretion, but that doesn’t excuse the crime of stealing

Hoping they get shot I think is a bit much, but they do deserve to face justice yes. That said, luxury brands have some of the most insanely high profit margins, people pay extreme amounts for minimal production costs. Better to target those than small businesses

ask yourself that rightard. i explained it already AS A GUN OWNER. defense of property/livelihood will be seen as murder in a jury’s eyes

having to spell things out for a conservative in a conversation isn’t having “big feelings”, it’s a necessity bc y’all are genuinely stupid people

“big feelings” lmao my comment is just plastered at the top of this thread. honestly go ahead and shoot a protestor at this point, even if you get a pardon it’s not double jeopardy when the state decides to press charges too
