I don’t think NSPM-7 got nearly enough coverage and it’s incredibly disappointing

I saw it before; the problem is that it didn’t have any “tangible” action for midwits to understand the ramifications of it. Hopefully with the pre-crime center, it becomes a bit more obvious what’s happening
