If someone you don’t know, tries to take you, it’s kidnapping. If you shoot somebody in defense of being kidnapped, it’s self-defense.

And almost every southern state has these laws. There’s a reason why they haven’t been yanking people out of their homes in the south it would not go well. More people just need to know that it doesn’t only cover their home
