People who voted HARRIS: please explain why she would have been BAD. Which of her policies were bad? How effective would she have been? How corrupt? And was she qualified? People who voted TRUMP: please explain why Trump is BAD. Which of his policies are bad? How effective is he? How corrupt? And is he qualified?

Her price control policy was vague and didn’t make a lot of sense I doubt she rlly planned on implementing it. Grocery stores don’t rlly have huge profit margins I don’t think price gauging was ever a huge driver of inflation compared to supply line disruptions by covid and the Ukraine war, but obviously that answer is less satisfying. She would have been a less effective Biden, corruption wouldn’t have been an issue esp relative to this admin, she was extremely qualified.

Harris might have been bad because she ran on a very vague and rushed campaign (I can understand bc she replaced Biden last minute, but tbh they could have done more prep, everyone saw this coming). Her attempt to appeal to moderates made her seem noncommittal and weak. There’s a chance she might have had some trick up her sleeve based on some stances she took, but overall I think she wouldn’t have done much at all in her 4 years in office

The problem isn’t appealing to centrist Biden was a centrist he won. The problem is the weak word salading and lack of a coherent message. It’s also the perception of inflation those were the main problems.
