All I’m saying is instead of shrugging off blatantly wrong and disturbing behavior just because someone else did it and didn’t have repercussions is kinda weird. Idk I think we can agree that both things are wrong. Are they wrong on different levels? Yes. But are they both examples of inappropriate behavior at their core. Also yes.
I mean what the fuck do you want me to do here dude? Go take it down myself? Obviously it’s fucked up especially considering the point of Halloween is that kids walk around and see the decorations. But I don’t have the mental energy to pretend like this matters to my life at all just because some Republicans online want to bitch and moan about it. And I’m not gonna take lectures about how I need to care from the same people who wouldn’t care if it was Mike Pence or a Mexican
Ok you took that to an unnecessary level of aggression. I haven’t even said my political affiliation and I get assumptions made about who or what I care about. Clearly you missed the part when I said BOTH scenarios are fucked up. Again, my point was to say people have become comfortable ON BOTH SIDES with condoning or shrugging off violence and sociopathic behavior often as a result of political affiliation. It’s simply a point of overall human morality.
