I’m in Utah and that’d shock me if true. But if it is we still ended our Republican supermajority in the state legislature. Dems flipped a lot of seats at a state level and even Provo (BYU location) went blue

I’d be astonished if they beat white evangelicals. White evangelicals are the Republican core

Maybe the Mormon demographic would have to do with a lack of competitive dem candidates in Utah and Idaho
