… in that scenario, nobody pretended to be something they were not in an intentional lie for the sole purpose of getting you to agree to and execute a sexual encounter. if someone completely misrepresents themselves in a purposeful manipulation to incite a sexual interaction when the other person *would not have otherwise done so*, that is by definition rape by deception.
