I see where you’re going. But would you expand a bit? To attempt to add to the discourse, yes cleansing myself of SM, especially Reddit and Snapchat, has been a blessing for my mental health. Helps me be more forward thinking and less doomer-pilled.

the charlie kirk and donald trump shootings are good examples. after watching how people reacted to the trump one, i knew there would be hella conspiracies about charlie kirk’s…..people would blame the deep state, libs, or an insider traitor republican….. as soon as they released the alleged shooter’s name, people would find his socials and there’d be multiple interpretations of that as well and idk how to explain it, but now that ive been paying attention long enough, when some new
