there are numerous. merrick garland slowalked any investigations by trump bc he feared appearing “political,” which was one of their biggest mistakes. the failure to pass build back better is one of the biggest “what ifs” in modern us history. biden shouldnt have ran for re election or should’ve dropped out much much earlier to give harris a chance to differentiate herself. biden could’ve stopped the genocide in gaza and the subsequent exit of many young voters.
Ok, but none of these are the actual election of a moderate. Unless you’re saying Biden shouldn’t have been elected? Idk how to feel about Garland. He was being slow and I think he wanted to make sure it was watertight because it would inevitably go to SCOTUS, but Trump’s lawyers always drag stuff out and they won this time. He was being very careful, but to a fault. I always thought the Fulton County case was the most promising though, and the way they fumbled that was absurd.
