I love America. It’s my home. I will always love America. I want America to be the best that it can be and when I watch China build tens of thousands of miles of public infrastructure, provide universal healthcare, and public housing I feel as thought America should be taking some notes. Thanks yeah that’s just a google. On the economy, history shows us that centrally planned economies, like China kind of somewhat is, are the worst at reversing that economic stagnation and regaining growth. There’s a reason the global slowdown of the 70s led to the boom of the 80s and 90s in the west and the collapse of the Communist bloc.

Acting as though socialism is inherently anti American is foolish. The New Deal was socialist. The GI Bill was socialist. It’s because of American progressive and socialist movements that we have the 8 hour work day. Socialism and America should not be a toxic combination.
