Sorry, didn’t mean for this to be a reply to you. Was meant to be a general comment. But in any case, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) is an investor scoring framework that is used heavily nowadays, and in gaming directly ties to explicit funding towards DEI driven initiatives and companies (à la Sweet Baby Inc). It’s this funding that causes companies to write generally bad stories in order to capture these funds. These stories then get labeled as “woke”.
