If you came here Legally that’s fine, all illegals should be sent back to their country because they did something illegal to enter the country. Do it the right way and you can absolutely come in. I feel like it’s super easy to understand.

They don’t get due process if they are here illegally and are not here with some form of citizenship. That is only for citizens.

Yes, and they can all expire or be ripped away from you. People who entered the country 100% legally who are undocumented. It makes up a SIGNIFICANT portion of undocumented immigrants.

Yeah but they end up overstaying the visa or getting lost in paperwork. A Norwegian dad got deported and beaten in prisons after marrying an American woman and starting a family here for 15 years bc he forgot to fill out a paper when his wife had a miscarriage and they were moving

The 14th amendment said otherwise

That is incorrect. You can’t prove somebody is illegal without due process rights. I could just pick you up off the streets and accuse you of being illegal and kick you out

so much of this is literally paperwork BS and people truly do not get that.

It says “citizens” in the constitution. No you would have to have proof that you are illegal which is quite easy to see if you have documentation or not

Why would I have empathy? I understand it’s hard for them but then don’t come in to a country illegally.

Notice how they clearly define citizens as being distinct from persons and still says every “person” is entitled to due process.

The US Constitution is also something that was written specifically for US CITIZENS

Sure you can say that. But how can you prove somebody is not a US citizen without due process?

It’s a decision they willing make to come into the country in the wrong way and risk getting split up from their children and yet they still make it because they don’t want to wait and do it the right way

How so? American citizens could go to other countries and not receive the same rights as their citizens because their legal documents were written for their own citizens. The same thing should be expected here
