I’d imagine that Biden (who Trump also blames for it) didn’t consider the “no new wars” candidate would start new wars. Besides, we were giving them mostly our Cold War stockpile like ATACMS (replaced by PrSM), Javelins (Anti aircraft so it’s not relevant), GMLRS (we’re using these in Iran with HIMARS, but we’ve mostly been using PrSM for surface to surface), and Patriot systems (which Israel also uses, but you don’t see him blaming them??)
