The letter asking them to regress? Idk, they’re not really reporting on it over here, my girlfriend lives there and was telling me about it a couple of days ago. I think it was coupled with the newer tariffs from a week or 2 ago. If you mean the banking system, they have a decentralized digital payment system called “pix”, it’s really convenient, you can just google that for more info.
