I think if they found out things were miscounted and she won. There would be a big court case and it would go to her to be president

If this turned out to be true and SCOTUS or congress authorized her presidency I think we would see trump Claiming he’s still the president and we’d see a second civil war.

No , it wouldn’t go to her to be president She already conceded the race, etc. etc. It would be like Bush v Gore. It was determined that Gore would have actually won if they recounted all the votes in Florida. (Ie, he actually did have more votes) . But Gore already conceded, and the SCOTUS affirmed no more recount

(Actually, if they recounted just the problem counties, Bush would have won, but if they recounted the entire state, Gore would have won. Source: NORC Florida Ballot Project) Ultimately, we don’t really know for sure. But yeah
