They were well-intentioned men and women fighting for what they thought was a noble and honorable cause. It’s a shame that they’ve been betrayed in their sacrifice but what has become of us.

I had to explain to Chinese students what Memorial Day was. They asked what we do to pay respect. I legit say uhh pools open for the summer?

I would but that would be a lie. That’s what’s supposed to happen. In reality we don’t do that. We barbecue and open the pools I ain’t gonna lie to them to make America look better than it is
