No, they’re not held to the same standards that people on tv or in licensed publications are. But those laws are like almost 100 years old by now. Back then the only way to reach any audience at all was through tv or major publications. Things are different now

What if you have 0 followers but like 500,000 posts on a single platform like YY? Then Mushy needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for posting lies and fake news 24/7
