These sex workers in Minneapolis never thought they would own a gun. Then ICE came to town

You know the crazy thing about left half of the political spectrum in the US? They can admit when they were wrong. ICE just showed them how important the 2A is.

“You can't have guns,” Trump said of recent protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. “You can't walk in with guns. You just can't.” “I generally oppose gun control, but I support the ban on assault weapons” "Take the guns first, go through due process second”

Did you forget about the bump stock ban? SCOTUS will take up United States v. Hemani soon too

2nd amendment wins? Like putting guns back in the hands of people who have proved they cannot handle that responsibility? Supporting the execution of a man who was protesting because he had a gun? Cutting programs that educate people on guns eliminating gun violence prevention programs? He has made it more dangerous than ever. We have had restrictions and programs in place to ensure we have a population of educated gun owners and he’s removing them.

Just because they’re easier to get doesn’t mean they’re wins. Wins are less restriction on modifications, types and lower costs. Wins are also better background checks, ensuring people who have proven they can’t be trusted can’t get guns back. We aren’t winning.

So everything you agree with is a win and if it disproves your point it’s a PR issue. Fucking imbecile

Idk if justifying someone’s death with “well they were armed” is really a 2A win. Seems like more than a PR issue

No they don’t. UBC’s and ERPO’s keep guns out of the hands of people who shouldn’t have them. They prevent thousands if not millions of suicide attempts and that’s before we get to violent criminals looking to reoffend.

Well the first amendment says I have the right to free speech but if I were to hypothetically say for example: “I’m going to kill my neighbor.” I would get arrested.” Your understanding of how the laws of our country work are on par with a Lithuania infant

Come and take then pig. ERPO’s also prevent gun control based on race, social class, and sexuality. Which is good because republicans love targeting minorities gun rights.

ERPOs also keep guns out of the hands of mentally ill people such as yourself

Can you provide any justification for that or did I hurt your feelings?

No, but give me your address and I’ll bring them to you

I also have all my paperwork plus more, my concealed carry, a clean record, a USCCA certified instructor and also an FFL type 3.

You’re trying to take my guns away because I hurt your feelings. That is your justification. That won’t stand anywhere. Also for the record, ERPO’s do require evidence that is “clear and convincing” that I am a a threat to myself or others.

Unless it’s your right to protest freely of course. Also I love how you threaten me with an ERPO and then turn around and confess to something that is grounds for an ERPO.

That’s blatantly false. Also just so you’ll shut the fuck up. My state doesn’t have ERPOs so buff my nuts you pussy.

Gun was holstered throughout the process until removed by the Feds, hands were kept in full view of the “officers.” The only mistake made was not identifying that he had a gun, which isn’t something you are required to disclose without questioning. Aside from that textbook on how you should interact with law enforcement on his behalf.

I find ignorant individuals to be annoying. Especially when it comes to firearms. I was raised to treat them with respect and if everyone else did the same we’d have alot less issues

His gun choice didn’t get him killed.

His actions did not justify murder. He did exactly what I would teach minus the (non mandatory) disclosure and it pisses me off that you can be by the book and still be killed. It is soley poor agent screening and training that got him killed

Yes. The anti 2a pigs in power got him killed. Not his gun, they just blamed the gun.

Find me a video showing them giving that order. I see him being shoved in the back, maced, dragged away and onto the ground from the woman he was protecting. Additionally, resisting arrest isn’t grounds to be shot. It’s grounds for charges. Law enforcement is trained to not shoot unless the other party poses a threat to the officers or others. Neither of which he did.
