people already do get deported over parking tickets, again a crime. it is sad, and that child did come to seek treatment and there is a way to get a medical visa. unfortunately it’s just how the world works, that doesn’t mean it’s right, but i’m sure there are doctors that can help that child elsewhere or at least help him get attention here in some way. it’s not about being cold hearted. it’s about the law. it’s not the child’s fault, it’s the parents.
