And not even from channels dedicated to books, it's like when Democracy Now invites on authors and poets and artists and filmmakers. Or one of my favorite essayists references something that sounds really interesting

I mean it’s a fair point to discredit people using “I saw it on youtube” as their sole reason for believing something, just like “I saw it on facebook/tiktok/etc.” It speaks more to how that person tries to justify their ideas rather than the validity of where they got their information
