The hypocrisy is what makes it funny, like how it’s always funny when a vocally anti-gay politician or pastor gets caught on grindr. If some normal dude who wasn’t constantly on about hating the gays was in the closet and got exposed, that would be fucked up. But when some Westboro Baptist type motherfucker gets exposed? Hilarious. Dripping with irony.
