It’s always complicated, no matter what. I’m not personally for these positions, but I can recognize why they are popular. New life is precious because it’s delicate. Old life isprecious because of experience. Both are crazy valuable traits that are struggling to find their way into a community, and that’s very respectable.

Gotta get to the root of why they think they way they do. For me, it’s a combination of evolutionary biology, abnormal psychology, genetics, and pluralistic religious studies. Be curious - everyone has something to offer. At the end of the day, we all sit under the same sun and ultimately serve the same god. Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Jewish, doesn’t matter. We all worship the same being, just with a different perspective on what they look like, how we should revere them, and what their angels do
