However I will say I disagree with many of this administration’s actions, particularly in how our moronic President addresses the public and defends outrageous claims. Not to mention the corruption that plagues our administration.

Do you not understand how the economic system works. Any economically viable country needs to sustain a significant amount of debt in order to remain productive. If a state has no debt it is a sign of decline and dysfunction. Now what should the limit to that debt be? Probably less than our annual GDP output I agree. However our country has been in growing debt for a long time, before Trump and Biden.

The war in the Middle East can be justified if you look at North Korea. We tried to prevent a hostile fascist state from obtaining a nuclear weapon simply through negotiation and agreements. However, mainly due to Jimmy Carter’s fault North Korea feigned agreeing to our terms and secretly developed a weapon behind our backs.

After years of trying to negotiate with the despotic Iranian regime, who since its inception has oppressed, murdered and destroyed its people and country, we had to escalate if we didn’t want another anti-western and authoritarian country to obtain a nuclear weapon, threatening the entire world. Thus justifying the war effort against Iran.

Additionally, should we let its backing of terrorist groups across the world go unpunished? Should we allow them to chant “Death to America” and promote their oppressive extremist religion that is inherently incompatible with western civilization? No we shouldn’t, and we finally have an administration that is willing to do something about it.

Imagine two families. One family is rich and the other is poor.. So mediocre, you’re unnoticeable. The rich family tells the poor family to do business with them, or else. Now, you have the choice; feed your family, or give your money, food and oil to the stronger country. What do you do?

Iran used to be a formidable country with western ideology back when the Shah ruled. We had trade deals with the country that supported it and enabled its growth. However after the Islamic Revolution that collapsed and you have today’s extremist regime. Is America a despotic regime that murders its people in masses for speaking out against the government? Do we not have a free electoral system? In no manner can the Islamic Regime be painted as the victim in this scenario.

Victims do not slaughter their people for supporting the opposition or speaking out against the government.

the United States is actively funding a genocide, committing an ethnic cleansing, gearing up its own domestic genocide, destabilizing its electoral process, and classifying political dissidents as domestic terrorists. Obviously Iran is a despicable authoritarian regime, no one is disputing that, but that does not justify another authoritarian regime engaging in aggressive pursuits of self-interest

And do not even mention the bullshit of “well Iran can’t have a nuke”, because our own intelligence agencies stated that they do not have the capability of enriching to weapons-grade, as well as concluded that we already destroyed any potential capacity to do so prior to beginning this war. Even trump himself came out and stated this is for oil, meanwhile we have Iran the strongest upper hand they’ve had in decades via demonstrating that they do not need a nuke to hold geopolitical power.
