Israel knew about the attack before hand and let it happen because they wanted an excuse to destroy the rest of the Middle East. They funded and armed Isis and Al Qaeda. And they supported the overthrow of the Assad regime which was friendly and tolerant of Christians in Syria for a radical Islamist one (run by a former commander of Isis and Al Qaeda)
