Tbf other Christians would say the inquisition was horrible and some of the crusades which were a response to Muslim invasion into Jerusalem. Even the 4th crusade against Orthodox Christians in Constantinople, the Catholics came in and pillaged our land, killed our priests, raped our nuns on the altars…anything can be perverted sadly.
