If the govt wants birth rate to go back up they need to support the people trying to have families and make that happen. Maternity leave, paternity leave, and programs in place to aid those impoverished (this especially benefits them bc those impoverished children become drone workers)

I completely agree with you but for the sake of argument what do you say about countries that do implement those policies but still face a population decline? (E.g. Scandinavia)
