But again most Christian’s use verses like that to say well I hate people who are gay or I hate people who are trans, Christian’s as a whole shouldn’t be judgmental but most who are use the bible to say why it’s okay to be a bigot and don’t follow the bible at all

Or maybe we should just stop listening to what a bunch of classical age peasants had to say

So you believe that people should be able to be as hateful and judgmental as they want and god allows it?

Idk what you mean by hateful but yes you can be judgmental. As long as it’s righteous

My first comment, do you believe it’s okay for Christian’s to be as judgmental and mocking and mean as they are to lgbtqia+ people for simply existing

Because a lot of Christian’s I’ve met do mock people because of stuff like that? How is that like Jesus at all?

Depends on your definition of judgmental and mocking. Denouncing it as a sinful way of life and one that is both unrighteous and separated from God is Biblically justifiable, and charity remains a big part of it. Calling gay people slurs online to be based and then hiding behind anonymity is not

I’ve seen plenty of Christian’s mocking people not just disagreeing but being actually hateful and using the Bible to claim it’s okay

It’s what’s made me afraid of Christian’s for years is that pretty much every one I meet is like that there’s some notable kind ones ofc but too many are willing to be mocking

Then they would be unjustified, and would be using the Bible improperly 🤷‍♂️
