the sentiment that we shouldn't have compassion for "criminals" is always so fascinating to me. what's even more fascinating is how they'll empathize with ppl who drive through protesters, viciously attack/murder politicians, or even school shooters... but not those darn immigrants seeking a better, safer life and honest work! what a monstrous political ideology
people can also empathize and relate to struggling with healthcare to the point of doing something drastic. trying to pay medical bills leads ppl to all sorts of desperate acts, violent or not. some people sell organs and body parts. some people steal. some people end their lives. i saw right wingers explicitly saying they respect the shooter for doing what many ppl have wished would happen to these leeches
Yeah it's almost like when a people are colonized the indigenous language is suppressed and lost. Nahuatl is only spoken by a few million people. Do you expect her to learn a language that is inaccessible and was never hers? She's an Afro-Latina who grew up in the Bay - in a country a huge portion of which speaks Spanish. She sang "El Pendon Estrallado" which is an officially commissioned version (by Roosevelt) of the song, dodo brain
Y'all don't even try to be reasonable or compassionate, and you definitely don't know the history or how colonization works. Your whining is pathetic and petulant and I hope you're just young and angry and grow out of it - otherwise I pray you don't have children who you can pass this cycle of hatred down to. Disgusting
