Yes it is bro. Even if you don't think she hit him she barely misses him at the very best. (most reports say he was hit with the mirror) Acting in a split second to that most people would shoot including law enforcement.

yeah it brushed him at best. he wasn’t run over, and he wasn’t injured. maybe if he hadn’t been so busy trying to pull his weapon it wouldn’t have even brushed him.

She was clearly committing traffic violations. Before you say it, yes thats no reason to pull out a gun but let’s not get carried away and say there was no reason to detain her.

It was not a traffic violation, the agent who tried to grab in her car was directing her vehicle as he had with several others. He only attacked her
