Superior means of higher quality. Yes, immigrants who use legal means of coming to the U.S. are superior to immigrants who use illegal means of coming to the U.S.

Not exactly. Illegally immigrating makes someone inferior. Some things can be based even if they are illegal. For instance, if a law violates human rights, it is superior to deliberately break the law.

Who decides what law breaks what human rights? Follow up question if somebody breaks the law (and by law I mean laws that are objectively valid such as no sex trafficking) would you say that the person is inferior? What should the punishment for inferiority be?
