 I think it’s funny that anytime someone wants to introduce gun control, the right always acts like we’re taking away their guns. Which would only happen if they failed to prove they can be trusted with guns… :/

In Germany the process from “I want a gun” to “I’ll take it” takes 3 years, and contains a lot of tests and busy work, it makes sure if you have a gun you KNOW how to use it. And they don’t have shooters very often fyi

It says the due to the necessity of a militia for the security of a free state, the right to bear arms shall not be infringed (paraphrasing). Dunno what you think a right to bear arms is, but I'd be safe to say it differs from what I interpreted it as.
