There's way things are now is just fine. No reason to force taxpayers to fund lunches for families that can afford to pay. You've been misled by articles about kids whose families had the ability to,pay but consistently did not being denied unlimited hot lunches on credits. They still,got sandwiches and drinks. All hungry kids always get food.
