One of them shot a federal agent in the neck. I’m not going to argue that one. The rest were excessive.

Even that one, at first I was like 'Well duh' but then I came to find that he shot at the ground to stop an officer from shooting an unarmed individual in the back 100 years for that. Shit is scary.....

I read the officer got shot in the neck. If he shot at the ground it would be very very excessive. Hell I’d call shooting at the ground a misdemeanor maybe a felony if it’s meant to cause chaos at a crowded event. That said had he killed the federal agent he would likely be facing the death penalty,
