We already have a problem with government overreach and deportation of powers, encroaching more on personal liberties just allows the same logic that saves one lift to persecute another. They could fabricate an NIH study about homosexuality and AIDS, then use the tobacco ban as precedence to fast pass a sexuality ban. Oh wait, that sounds awfully familiar….
