If supposedly a state like China could have business in wanting to flood the U.S. with chemicals, why can’t a state like the U.S. have business in making that not happen?

You’re misunderstanding. I’m only saying that if someone wants to do smoke or inject something they have every right to do it as long as it’s not in the public or endangering the public in any manner.

Like I could give less of a shit what drugs or whatever someone is doing, the state should give even less of a shit and only concern themselves with suppliers.
