He was found guilty, given unconditional discharge, although he’s is appealing it, he’s still considered guilty so he is absolutely a felon and wouldn’t even be allowed to vote 23 of our states rn, maybe fact check information yourself
The difference between a felony and a misdemeanor in that situation is intent. If there is intent to decor or federally insured financial agencies, it is a felony. If it is a “bookkeeping error,” the case is considerably different. But yeah, I’m sure you know more about it that accountants and jurors. 😂
