Usually they call it “barley a crime,” so I guess there’s SOME improvement.

Dude idk what you want to hear from me, if I see something I fact check before taking it in as true, don’t just take news at face value is all I can say. He was found guilty, given unconditional discharge, although he’s is appealing it, he’s still considered guilty so he is absolutely a felon and wouldn’t even be allowed to vote 23 of our states rn, maybe fact check information yourself

if he's stupid then we can't fault him for bot having critical thinking skills. it's something he'll have to learn on his own

If I fudged my books 3 times I would be locked up on federal prison. He did it 34 times knowingly. It wasn’t a book keeping error. It’s the same thing why he doesn’t show us his tax statements

ChatGPT is the death of critical thinking skills but even then I think you could get this info from there?

The difference between a felony and a misdemeanor in that situation is intent. If there is intent to decor or federally insured financial agencies, it is a felony. If it is a “bookkeeping error,” the case is considerably different. But yeah, I’m sure you know more about it that accountants and jurors. 😂

picking and choosing what legal rulings you deem as “truth” and “valid” is crazy and screams a lack of integrity

And with that logic, Jesus also forgives anything they find fault in and cry about! 😭😭 they don’t like that though :/ rules for thee but not for me

Only if they want to be forgiven and do action to rectify, forgiveness isn’t just given it’s an exchange
