California obviously being a NET CONTRIBUTOR aka their residents pay MORE in federal taxes than they receive back. Kind of crazy! Maybe some shit ass states like Tennessee with their little deceptive law of making sure the budget is balanced every year should stop having 25% of their state and local revenues rely on the federal government. Cute attempt though!
