I mean, I trust a habitual stoner way more than an alcoholic with a gun, and it’s never been illegal to own a gun and consume as much alcohol as you want (inb4 “but state carrying regulations” yeah I don’t think you SHOULD get to a concealed carry a gun in public while intoxicated)

The state regulations that say “you can’t CC to the bar and then get drunk with your gun still on you” are literally just to make sure that if you do some stupid drunk shit with your gun, you keep that shit at home, and put as few other people as possible in danger. Which I find completely reasonable.
